I utilize genuine curiosity, direct feedback, and humor to deepen self-awareness and esteem. I work well with clients who are curious, introspective, intelligent, sensitive, flexible, and motivated. Common concerns I help individual client with include:

I utilize psychodynamic theory, IFS/parts work, Attachment Informed EMDR in my individual work.

Supervision & Consultation.

I provide clinical supervision for licensure and clinical consultation for those already licensed. I am passionate about supporting practitioners and the importance of high quality work in the therapeutic profession. I bring perspective on the importance of boundaries with clients, building a sustainable business, and finding balance within the work. Please reach out to discuss details and pricing.

$150 / 50 minutes

Fees

I believe that everyone deserves affordable access to therapy. As such, I offer a number of sliding-scale spots and provide superbills for insurance reimbursement.

  • Individual Full Fee (50 minutes): $175

  • Relationship Full Fee (50 minutes): $220

  • Consultation Full Fee (50 minutes): $150

Insurance: I accept Kaiser Insurance for Individual Sessions.
