My office is located at 2238 S. Broadway, Denver, CO 80210, near DU.  It is a bright, colorful building. There is free, unlimited street parking along the east side of S. Broadway

Once you schedule an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you. I ask that you reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 48 hours notice. If you fail to attend your scheduled session, are more than 15 minutes late, or if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your session. 

I am in network with Kaiser (individual sessions only).

Otherwise, I am considered private pay and am not in-network with any other insurance providers. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for our sessions. Working outside of insurance networks offers several benefits: greater privacy protection, no restrictions on how often we meet or how long treatment lasts, and the ability to choose your therapist based on fit rather than network limitations. If you choose to utilize out-of-network benefits I will provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursements using the CPT codes of 90791 (initial evaluation) and 90837 (ongoing therapy).

Please note that if you receive Medicaid I cannot provide services to you, since you are required to work with an in-network provider.
